Booking terms & Conditions
Booking payments are direct deposit only no Credit Card payments excepted.
- For accommodation bookings, the deposit must be received by Brockhurst Farm to secure your booking.
- The deposit is refundable if the booking is cancelled 21 days or more before the first day of your arrival, minus a $20 administration fee.
- The deposit is not refundable for Public or School holidays, Christmas/New Year or Easter period. Except if we can re-book for the same period.
- Balance is due 5 days before your arrival date.
- Bookings cannot be shortened within 7 days before your arrival.
- The cabins must be left tidy, or a cleaning fee may apply.
